About Us
The Vijaya College is a First Grade College founded in 1963 for the education men and women. It is affiliated to the Mangalore University with two years Pre-University and three years Degree courses. The details of the combinations available in the college are as follows.
Vijaya college has a glorious history of 60 years of fruitful existence. With NAAC Accreditation of ‘B++’, the College has gained reputation and fame in academics, sports and games and other extra curricular activities. This College is a well established institution with a magnificent reputed students who come from far off places in order to fulfil their dreams of becoming graduates of this institution.
Vision Statement:
A graduate of Vijaya College should be a responsible citizen; with concern for other beings; competent to perform effectively; resourceful; confident and employable; with an open scientific outlook; and with a willingness to contribute oneself and to society.
Mission Statement:
Vijaya College will be a Centre for learning and development; by not only organizing classroom interventions but also extra and co-curricular activities including monitoring, to offer job oriented courses; through hard work, assisted by responsible members of the staff and management; with a disadvantaged attitude, to meet the demands of the students of different caste and class.
